New developer docs for paperlesspaper

New centralized developer documentation for paperlesspaper: docs.paperlesspaper.de brings together the API getting-started, the OpenAPI reference, and the Open Integration Platform for custom installable providers.

We've published a new central hub for anyone developing with, integrating, or simply wanting to better understand how the system works: docs.paperlesspaper.de.

The new documentation consolidates the introduction to the paperlesspaper API, explains authentication, initial requests, and the most important concepts around device updates. Also particularly exciting is the Open Integration Platform: You can now build your own installable plugins.

The API reference is generated directly from the live OpenAPI schema. This keeps the documentation close to the current state of the API.

The docs are still deliberately marked as Work in Progress marked — feedback and pull requests are very welcome!

This hopefully fits well with the idea behind paperlesspaper: open, repairable, extensible and usable in the long term. Or, in other words: not a closed smart-home gadget, but an open device.
