OpenPaperL - Delivery delays

Thank you very much for the many pre-orders and your loyalty despite the delayed delivery date.

Unfortunately we have to tell you that we are also just a small cog in the machine, which depends on the rest of the mechanism running well-oiled. However, due to rising transport costs and narrowing shipping routes, deliveries of our hardware parts are delayed again. And, unfortunately, that means the shipment of our OpenPaper L pre-orders.

Delivery date

We have now spoken with all suppliers again, which is why we can offer all pre-order customers, who ordered before 05.01.26, a delivery in June 2026.

All pre-orders after 05.01.2026 will then be shipped as quickly as possible.

New orders

Due to the many pre-orders, we have also had to adjust our delivery date for orders placed from today. Anyone who orders now will unfortunately only receive their OpenPaper L in September.

7-inch picture frame

If you still urgently want an OpenPaper, you can currently only make do with our 7-inch variant for now. We ship these within 14 days.

Promise: We're doing everything to ensure you receive your OpenPaper deliveries more quickly in the future.
