Restart device (Soft-Reset) ✨

Restarts the device and also immediately updates the image.

Briefly press the button on the back for this. The image update takes about 30 seconds.

Reset device to factory settings 🔄

Completely resets the device to factory settings. All WiFi data, image data, and cloud data will be deleted. You must also delete the device from your device settings afterwards.

Press the button on the back at least 6 times, each time with an interval of one second. The display should confirm the deletion (The display will show: `Device has been reset` or `Connect to WiFi`).

The device cannot be reset?

Nothing happens

Make sure to press the button correctly. You may need to press a little harder.

The batteries are empty

You can check if the picture frame still has power by briefly pressing the reset button and then looking in the hole above to see if it blinks blue.
